Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:
Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
Overnight Shipping: 1-2 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $50 within the continental United States.
International Shipping:
We offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.
Order Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
Lost or Stolen Packages:
Nativus Men is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Returns and Exchanges Policy
Return Eligibility:
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on underwear that has been worn or tried on.
Return Process:
Contact our customer service team at support@nativusmen.com to initiate a return or exchange.
You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
Package the item(s) securely and include the return authorization number.
Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. We will ship the new item once we receive the original item in acceptable condition.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@nativusmen.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Final Sale Items: Please note that items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
